It does look like there may have been an issue with the transaction, preventing the transfer. Do you have the option to submit a payment or cancel the transaction?
You may need to cancel and retry the transfer, though you may want to give our Billing and Account Services department a call. They have access to more details than I do and may be able to help with the process.
