One thing i wanna know, I opened alot of threads but people cant seem to help?

I have like $50 and was wondering if i can still play the tournament realm for my own pleasure like with friends at STV and casual skirmish arena and can i still make toons? Please reply...

Yup. Unless you've participated in the 2010 tourney event, you will not be able to play.
