Recently after becoming GM of my guild i realized my guild bank had been robbed blind, not even thinking about it i sort of let it go. luckily Blizzard's team was able to restore everything in the guild bank without a report of any kind. thanks team, this gesture really restored my faith in staffing

Now may be an excellent time to review basic security with all your guildmembers.

Nothing like a bank break-in to bring home how important security is, and how it can touch far more than just one person's account.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
