Missing BOA Gear

I am returning from a break from World of Warcraft. I had two BOA items which I am now having trouble locating. As I do not recall what character had them in their equipment, I have searched one by one. However, in the past I had this exact same problem, having returned from a break to find my items "missing" and a Blizzard employee helped me locate the item (i was notified they were in a characters inbox). I am hoping the services can be repeated, as I have yet to locate it.

The items in question are: Exquisite Sunderseer Mantle, and Tattered Dreadmist Robe
*I believe, however they may be of their counterpart (I recall there being two types of each chest and shoulder, one pvp and one pve).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. This time I have searched much harder, going through my mailboxes as well :I

The item was on the server of Draka, and was commonly used on this character, Ambustus, although I think it was shipped around quite a bit (throughout my Draka characters).

I am sorry, Ambustus.

I've just looked through every active and deleted character on this account, all 13 of them, on Draka - and although I see an heirloom here and there - it's not the items in question.

Not in your current inventory, not in your deleted inventory, not in the mail.

It's possible this decayed in the mail, but it would have bounced at least once after 30 days then been on the sending character another 30.

Without more specifics to go on, I'm afraid we've run out of options to investigate on this one.
