Character Not Showing up on proper realm?!

I went onto my Account Management site and was going to transfer a character from Hyjal (PvE) ---> Darkspear (PvP). I've read FAQ's and forum posts on issues with Character Transfers but haven't found one like this yet.

When I select Hyjal to transfer the character I am posting this on, it says "You have no characters on this server, please choose a different server."

However, I sign in on my same account on the game client, and low and behold this character and an alternate character Tanooska (75 Undead Mage) are on the server.

I've double checked everything, and can't seem to find an answer, can any GM's please assist me on this subject?

Today - it could easily be a side-effect of maintenance and extended maintenance.

Most of our optional services are heavily dependent upon information from the realms. If those are unavailable, the paid services can be impacted.
