ok well, ages ago my account (private) account got hacked i rang up billing and they asked my what the name of the account was under i said it would either be my dads name (private) or my Name (private).

well apparently it was neither under those names so it must of got changed and i know the secret questions what what was my mothers madien name which was (private). im just wondering if i could get my account back.

edit for blue maybe a blue could help me out.

im not expecting to get help because i mean it was quite awhile ago, but you never know.

it also used to be registed to (private) ages ago then it got changed.

In a case like this, Billing is the ONLY department that could conceivably help.

That's why it's so important not to create an account in a fictitious name.

No, they cannot change the name actually on an account.

If they somehow managed to exploitatively merge it to another Battle.net account, that's a whole other issue - but still, Billing would be the department that could assist with that.
