Need item restore.

Hello, I came home on monday night and found an email that said my account had been temporarily banned for suspicious activity, after the 3 hour ban I logged on to find that my items from my characters was all gone, and my gold as well. I have changed my password and been running scans on my computer so it should be secure. I will also have an authenticator on the way as this is the 2nd time I have been hacked.

I just need to have an item restore done to all my characters who are missing things and gear.

If this is the account in question, I don't see a report on this yet.

You need to either submit an ingame petition asking this be looked into, or email [email protected].

In the meantime, as stated above - finding the source of this is vital to preventing it happening again. If the source isn't found the chances of this happening are VERY high.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
