Blizzard supporting hacker?

I recently got back a compromised account which I spent 1 mth to interact with blizzard account admin to get it back as I could not get through to blizzard's phone line at all.

However, I did use another account to report that compromised account to the GM.

When i got the account back, the account has all the characters removed.

I made a recovery report and only get 2 very low level characters back with my level 80 character missing.

The GM reply me that the time elapsed is too long to recover

Why is that so? I have already reported compromised long ago? And I am sure that the transfer happens after my report as I had the character in my friend list when I reported it.

And for the past 2 weeks. the reasons I have for failure to recover is due to the time and also the abuse is not verified? How is it not verified? I did report the compromise and got the acknowledgment from the GM then. I have also obtain back 2 characters. What happen to the rest?

Is blizzard supporting hacker now? Why is the transfer allowed even after I reported it? (The GM replied that he has set the account to compromised when I made the report). A transfer that happen during compromised is actually been acknowledged to be legitimate?

I am confused in this stance from blizzard. is blizzard protecting the players or the hackers?

This has been reviewed already, Kukuaa.

The issue here is time.

Yes, you were compromised AND we restored you.

Then, this happened and we didn't hear from you again for nearly 2 months.

When you reported this yet again.

I see where there was clearly exploitative access in May. I also see two very distinct locations that played this account on a regular basis. We were unable to find these transfers were done from a source outside of that.

We do what we can for our players, but it's vital that security be maintained on your end and things be followed up on as well as reported promptly.

I am terribly sorry we are unable to do more for you under these circumstances.

That is what I'm seeing.

Further appeals to this would need to be done through Account Administration.
