Didn't get points from my Arena team

So I joined a team to get 10 games in, and I played 7 games on G!%!*sx, and then 3 games on my alt.
My Alt (subways) got points, but my shaman did not.

Some sort of bug?

In order to qualify for arena points for the week, an individual character needs to do the following:

    - Play at least 10 arena games
    - Play at least one third of the total games that arena team has played that week.


Both of these things must be true to qualify for arena points. The team you are on with the highest rating will be used to determine how many points you get for the week. So if you qualified for both on your 2v2 and 3v3, but you have a higher rating on your 3v3, that rating will be used when your points are calculated.

It appears your alt, Subway, earned points as he completed his necessary games on a 2v2 team that qualified for points this week. Your shaman, only being on one team and not completing enough games, didn't receive any.
