With the almost recent news that Blizzard finally recognizes that there is a large player base that spends $15.00 a month to stand in front of the Auction House. I would like to Ask a few questions to get some Clarity.

(Please dont flame this,These are honest questions and its important for more than just me to Officially know, as it effects everyone)

So I have my little niche market. Years ago (Vanilla) there was a guild banned for their control over the entire raid materials market on KT-US. Where is the line at?

1) How much control constitutes griefing?

2) If I control all the Belt buckles and the price? Banned?

3) If I'm the supply and the only Poster does that make it Banable?

4) If i have my hands in multiple markets and have the buying power to consistently buy out my competitors and repost at a profit that I find reasonable is that banable?

Need clarification on the Above, but my view is:

1) The AH isnt a "must", I am not the only person on the server with Jewelcrafting, So guilds and players outside of the AH are available to create the same items at what ever they individually wish to price their own created item at. Be it for simply a "tip" or to charge "X" gold.

2) If im selling an item its literally / figuratively (see: TOU/A for clarification on digital items) "my item" if it was a grey quality shovel or even Azerothian Diamonds and I wanted to post it for 1k gold. Cant I? Without it being Griefing? As the AH is only "A" Source for that item and not the "ONLY" Source? I can Admit the AH is the "fastest" source for players to get access to many items. However if I want to go against the grain and enjoy my playing experience differently than the next person, (Circular Reference to start of question....) Shouldnt I (we) Be allowed to do so?

What it breaks down to is this: Players are welcome to sell items they acquire legitimately on the Auction House in whatever fashion, at whatever price they choose, provided that they do not use third-party automation software (or some other form of exploitation) to do so. Similarly, players who browse available item listings may opt to purchase or not purchase them at their discretion.

With that said, keep this in mind when buying and selling items from the Auction House.
