Ingame ticket disapearing

I had a ticket opened over a week ago. The ticket said that there was a high volume of tickets open aswel so i waited patiently for over a week. Just recently i logged in and i found that my ticket has disapeared. I also checked my mailbox and found nothing in there. Is my ticket going to get serviced or just dumped off, and what exactly happened to my gm ticket.

There was a small display issue not long ago, where petitions were not showing responses after they have been answered to. I can see that your issue was resolved. Unfortunately, they were not able to grant the refund that you had requested. I apologize for the delay and inconvenience this may have caused you.
