Character Locked?

I just got my account back from being "banned" due to me living in Korea. This character is locked though. I am getting a message that says:

"You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete."

I did not initiate anything on this character. I transferred it to Shadowsong with BoA gear, but I have played it on Shadowsong since then. There isn't anything on the wow website character transfer page suggesting I need to finalize anything. What should I do?

I would recommend calling Billing if at all possible.

As mentioned above, you might wish to check out a program such as Skype, many of our international players speak highly of it.
