Play Time expires in 15 minutes

I am getting a message that my playtime expires in 15 minutes. I have had this account open for 3 years with monthly auto renewal on. I just checked and it is still on.

So how do I keep my account from closing down?

I reviewed the payments being processed on the account you are posting from, as well as the other account associated with the Battle.net account, and both of which are currently in an “active” status.

Players who pay with a recurring method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) may receive this message if the transaction is in a “pending” status. This simply means that we have yet to receive confirmation from the payment provider that the transaction was successful.

In the event the transaction was declined you would be notified via email.
