I've been waiting 3 days..... please help

I sent some BOA items from my character on Azjol-Nerub (Player 1) to another character on Azjol nerub(Player 2). The mail appeared to send successfully but I forgot to check if the items got to player 2. Mean while I empty Player 2's mailbox and faction change it and at the same item renamed it. My guess is the first point of failure was sending them to Player 2 but Player 2 not seeing them and letting me go ahead with faction change.

I sent this ticket in Wednesday night and I haven't had anyone investigate or restore my 4 items. For the love of God someone do something.

It's funny how I put a ticket in about being abused and they can't tell me what happened to that person. Yet here you can post on a public forum details about my ticket. Very strange.

Yes, my boss knows exactly what my job entails and it isn't assisting with in-game petitions. Though I can understand your frustration, Samo, taking this tone with me will not get your issue addressed any quicker.
