Recruit a Friend isn't working

Hi i sent my friend a recruitafriend link which she used to make a trial acct. 10 days went up and she upgraded her acct by enteringa cdkey. We have no summons and no triple exp... on my referral page it doesn't show anything except that i sent her an invite.

Please further advise as this causing alot of frustration on our end. Thank you!

It looks as though when your friend created her trial, she created a brand new trial rather than entering the code that was provided to her in the e-mail sent.

This is fixable, however! Our Billing & Account Services department would be able to assist. You may contact Billing by phone at 1 (800) 592-5499 between the hours of 7am to 8pm Pacific Standard Time, any day of the week. Oceanic players should instead dial 1-800-041-378. Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to [email protected].
