When I enter in my CD key for WOLK i have that is the message i get istead of it going through.


The authentication key you entered cannot be claimed. Please check the key and try again. Alternatively, you can enter this key for a different region by changing the leading part of the www.battle.net URL (ex. 'eu.battle.net') in your web browser, or for a different Battle.net account.

That is from a game a just bought from gamestop yesterday... Trying to get WOLK added to my account

I would recommend calling Billing on this. They will be able to tell you if that key has been used - or perhaps give you some tips in case you may be mistaking letters or numbers in the code.

Some can look like others, but they'll be able to give you more information.
