Name Changed and now character is stuck...

I recently transferred to illidan and then i did a name change.

Now my character is locked out of game server and it says "cannot log into game server until initial change process is complete" or something within that wording.

On the wow account info page, it says the name change was complete. My credit card has already been charged. It says avg of 1 hr for name change but it has already been over 48 hrs since I last processed the change.

Please help. I spent money to transfer & name change to arena with new teammates and now they thinking i flaked out and are looking to replace me.

Upon review of the transactions, Manaburnz, it appears as though the Paid Character Transfer transaction completed successfully, but there was a payment issue with the name change.

To complete or cancel the name change, please visit the Paid Character Name Change Transactions Page here:

To complete the name change, you will need to re-enter the payment information. If you wish to cancel the name change, you will not be charged for the service.
