Hacked Character Move

I know this is a insane story which is why I didn't post it right away, but I decided to give it a shot.

While I was away on vacation a friend that lives with me received my account information some how. Truthfully I don't know how he did this, my guess is he had his own key logger installed on the computer we use. (I know it sounds insane but I wouldn't put it past him)

Well while I was gone he leveled my paladin alt to 80 and geared her up somewhat (which I don't mind at all) and server and faction switched my rogue. (which I mind a lot)

Is there anyway you would be able to switch my rogue back to his original server and original race? He probably used my computer which has the same ip to do this so I really have know proof except I can say that I have been on my previous server playing actively for the past 4-5 years, I achieved gladiator on that server, and I had numerous alts that were not just character slot fillers on the old server, I had really know reason to switch here at all. I would just switch him back myself but I can't afford to waste $55 on something, and neither does he right now.

If the Faction Change and Paid Character Transfer were not authorized, you can file a dispute using these online webforms:

The dispute will be investigated and you will be notified via email once the issue is resolved.

Keep in mind that the security of the account is the responsibility of the account holder. While I do not know what the outcome will be for this particular, be prepared for the possibility that the character changes may not be reversed.
