30 minute playtime?

I just logged into my account and a little box popped up as soon as I loaded into my warlock saying "You have 30 minutes of playtime" or something to that effect. So I logged into my account on the site and went to my payment history and it said that my month has been paid and that next month is pending. Why would this come up? Is this a bug?

The pending is likely the issue, this usually clears itself fairly fast.

We have had a few reports very recently, this is being looked into further - but it shouldn't keep you out, or knock you out of the game.
