ive written to wowgm@blizzard or rather the people i rang up at billing put in a form for me.. alright and this form basically says that nothing is missing etc. ok so tell me where my character is in my display pic if its not on my WoW account. the transfer in which these 2 characters of mine were made were done to a different email thats not even my own, so what im trying to understand here is. ive given details as to whom i am i giving my email im a long time member of WoW yet, the only real help that i have received from this is the first people i rang up at billing and retrieved my WoW account.
i thank that guy. but i dont understand why my 2 character's are not yet on my WoW account i have every single detail they might possibly need for them to verify i am the true owner. yet they havnt even bothered to ask me any of those questions.
all i want is my 2 characters back where is the help when loyal customers need it
