I've had this account for quite a while now and I had a level 80 and a few other characters. My father stop paying the monthly payment. This is where the problem started. A few day's before that, it said that my account was unaccessible because of "suspicious behaviour", which I'm guessing it means I got banned. I haven't done anything that could have gotten me banned. Although I got banned, the next day, when I logged in (I wasnt banned anymore), I didn't have any of my characters in my list. It's as if I made a new account. Even though I couldn't see any of my characters, they still existed, where or how I'm not sure. My characters havent been used since the day I was banned and they haven't changed a bit. So, I tried to find out what happened but I couldn't do anything about it. When I looked at the payment history, it tells me that from the day I was banned ( August, 8, 2010 ) I had 1 free month, so up to September, 7, 2010. August 8th was the last day any activities or updates happened to any of my characters.
I would really like to get my characters back so I can make sure that, when my father starts paying for my subscribtion again, I could have all my characters to use.
I would appreciate all help from anybody who would know what might of happened.
