Can I use a pre-paid gift card...?

Can I use a pre-paid gift card (such as visa or mastercard) to purchase a character realm transfer and/or faction change?

I'm referring to those cards you can buy at Safeway etc. for online purchases or, well, gifts.

You may be able to use a gift card, Authryss, but please note that such cards are not supported so our system may not accept it.

As Dynomite recommended if you have the option to register the card, do so, if there is a type of billing reference, our purchasing system may allow it.

If you have any issues with the purchase though you may need to contact our Billing and Account Services department directly.
