Celestial steed never arrived on this toon.

I recently started releveling this character and realized when I was close to 77 that my celestial steed was no where to be found. I knew I didn't delete it as I still have it on level 1 bank toons I don't intend on leveling. A little over a week ago I put in an in game ticket and was responded to two or three days later. The GM was very helpful and told me he needed me to logoff for 3 - 5 minutes so he could restore the item. I waited 20 minutes and logged back on to see a resolution to my ticket stating the mount was in the mail.

I still have yet to recieve anything so I figure it never made it and appears to have an issue making it to this toon. The toon in question is this one, Incogneeto on Moonrunner US. Thanks in advance!
