I just referred a new account for my wife.

This is a quote from the FAQ.

"Will the experience bonus apply to only one character? Or are all characters linked to the account eligible to receive it?

All characters below level 60 on both the veteran and recruit account are eligible to receive the experience bonus."

1. Does this mean we can level up to 60 together on both accounts with triple xp, then start with another pair of level 1's and do it again with triple xp? Or it's only a one character bonus?

2. This is the referrer account I'm posting on, and it has 1 whole day of play time left(it's on a 10 day wotlk trial after some time off). I was hoping that once the referred account has upgraded to a full account(which I did with a new cd key), that this account would get the 30 days immediately. Is there a grace period, or does it need to be fixed? I see that the referred account has it's free month activated, and my next bill date is 10/2/10.

Thanks.

Edit: Just looked at the referrer account again, and it shows a green box, says "Your account has been credited with one free month", but it's still set to expire in one day.

Q u o t e:

Unfortunately, only the referred account has the ability to grant levels. So, if you and your wife level two pairs of characters to 60, she will have ~60 levels to grant (I think it may be 58, as you don't get to grant levels until level 3). Pretty much, for every two characters you level together, you (the referring character) get one free.

For granting levels, the characters must be of the same faction and near each other. The character receiving levels must be a lower level than the character granting levels.

Hope that gives you all the information you were looking for, Bluebeam. Let us know if you have any other questions. :0)

For every 2 levels a character on your account receives, Refreshing, one level may be gifted to a character on the veteran account-your brother’s account in this case. Levels are granted to the veteran player's character by right-clicking the target player's portrait. You should see a "Grant Level" option.

Also, you are correct in your understanding of the benefits. If you were to level a character to 60, you would have 30 levels to grant to your brother. If you were to then level a second character, you would have 30 more levels to grant one of his characters. Levels can only be granted to the veteran player's account, though, not vice versa. A character on the recruited account-your account-cannot grant a level to a character equal or higher than their own level.
