I cannot create characters

Are you referring to this account, Ultimus, because it doesn't look like you deleted all the characters from my point of view.

It looks to me that you have 75 level one characters, nearly all of them sharing the same name, spread across a great many realms. Most of those characters were never logged into and have been around since 2004. It seems that you were just holding the name.

You actually have 96, I didn't count all the characters that were above level one. The character also isn't likely to show up if it has never been logged into the game. :)

A long time ago, when WoW was first introduced you were sometimes able to create multiple characters that exceeded the 50 character limit if you did so between update periods. That is how you were able to get so many, you created most of those characters around the same time.

I'll try to put together a realm list for you.
