Name change after transfer problem.

To blue or whomever,
I just transfered over a level 61 priest to Hellscream, I deleted a level 22 priest so I could get the same name. All went well until trying to log in, and it says "This name is flagged to rename" and I cannot use the name I want. This actually isn't a big issue to me, what the problem is, is before trying to log in to the newly transfered toon and finding this out, is that I mailed like 4 heirloom items to the original name. M main concern is getting those back.

It looks like you Faction Changed and used the Transfer service, Kashell, but did not log into the character between the steps. This caused the flag, attached to the character when you transferred to a realm where the name already existed, to remain on the character.

Give me a moment and I should be able to remove that for you.

As for the deleted character with the Heirloom items, you'll need to submit an in-game petition and ask for that character to be restored.

Edit: Actually, you had already transferred the character when you sent the items so they are on the Priest now. Once you log in they will be in the mailbox.
