Extremely ignorant, disrespectful service

August 20, 2010 Arena service and customer support.
My team "doing your dad brb" was doing regular arenas where we faced a team of PMR that we beat 3 out of 4 times on Blade Edge's Arena. Our Paladin got feared into a wall and couldnt get out, heal or do anything. DK and me got killed, and other team couldnt damage the paladin, so we were going to sit out and wait for a draw. Because that would the most fair resolution. However, opposite team made a ticket, and our paladin was teleported into a middle arena, which led to us loosing arena raiting and starting an unfortunate streak of loosing, cause morale was really down after that
A) Blizzard Glitch lead to us loosing a match in the first place
B) Blizzard neglects our current tickets and I guess admires other customers higher than us even tho we have been paying for this game since 2005

If a character becomes stuck that is what is done. The character is summoned back into the arena. I'm sorry, Amoner, but we are unable to declare a match a win, lose or draw. We are also unable to adjust rating.

I am sorry for the frustration that this has caused you. Whenever you are dealing with computer games, especially one at complex as this things like this can happen. Our Developers work constantly with our Quality Assurance team to investigate and resolve such issues and will continue to do so.

How long you are a customer is irrelevant, we take the majority of the petitions we receive in the order that we receive them.

Though some priority is given to issues such as a stuck so we can get the character back in the game as quickly as possible. I wasn't able to find a petition reporting this issue form your side of the battle, Amoner, at least, not until after the battle was over. Given that your Paladin was reluctant to try and attack back for fear that they would lose their protection and I am unable to locate a petition prior to the loss, even though the video would lead us to believe otherwise, it seems like they may have been aware of what they were doing. I hope not but I can imagine how it would be to voluntarily jump back into the fray.

I do agree that your Paladin should have been contact prior to the move, and the Game Master you spoke with will look into it. Your team mate may also write to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com if they wish.

Though I understand the frustration this issue has caused I'm afraid looking at your dealings with our staff thus far it is apparent that an understanding and an apologize about what happened isn't what is sought so I'll be locking this thread.
