[Bug] Fulmination

When Rolling Thunder stacks up my Lightning Shield over 3 stacks, and I hit Earth Shock, Fulmination deals the excess damage to myself instead of my target.

Taking 7-8k to the face when I Earth Shock isn't fun : (.
