You know what man, ive been a loyal customer for several years now. I went out today to purchase a 30 Dollar green dot card to throw some money into my Paypal account in an effort to transfer one of my favorite characters to Alliance. But guess what? YOU CANT USE PAYPAL TO FACTION CHANGE. [Removed] for not saying this in the 3 pages leading up to the payment screen on your faction change portion of your website. [Removed]for making me waste 30 dollars on a method of payment that is perfectly ok in order to pay my monthly subscription but apparently not good enough to use for a faction change. I hope you all die. I quit.

I am sorry for what confusion you may have experienced, Schwag, but we have not hidden payment information for our services.

Paid Character Transfer FAQ Part 1

Very first question/answer.
Q u o t e:

What is the Paid Character Transfer feature?

The paid character transfer feature allows you to move characters to other realms as well as between accounts where you are the registered user. Note that certain restrictions apply. The cost of each paid character transfer is $25.00 USD per character plus tax in applicable areas. Currently we only accept payment by credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) for these transactions.

It also appears that you have missed our Code of Conduct and our Terms of Use which state that such language is not appropriate to be used either in-game or on these forums. In-game such behavior can be reported and addressed through an in-game petition though forum posts are moderated by either our Moderation Team or, if you are in this forum, by those of us who reside here.

Though you will not be able to post for awhile I do wish you well in your future endeavors.
