Account Ban

Hi,

I have a friend who stop playing for a while and now when ihe is comming back he see that is account got Ban. I know him personaly and he is only a casual player and not even near a hacker or spammer.
He have sent an e-mail 3 week ago but i still haven't got any anwers about what happened.

He can't talk on the forum because he have no active account.

Anything i can do?

From what I see this account is locked and he will need to contact Account Administration to recover the account here:
    Account Administration
    Assists with: investigating account actions and disputes, etc

    Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Please make sure that he emails us from the registered email address attached to his account, I do not see an email from that particular address inquiring about his account.
