Item recovery ticket on a different account

I have two WoW accounts on a single battle.net account. One is currently subscribed to (I'm playing on it as I type this) but the other was hacked a few months ago and is closed. The currently closed account is going through item recovery. I was told that once it is done I can call tech support and they can give me a day or two of time on the closed account to pick up the items in the mail. I then plan on transferring the characters over from the closed account to the open one.

The question is: How can I check my item recovery ticket on the closed account?

Are you able to provide a character name and realm of the closed account?
