So I didn't do anything bad. I mean. I have sworn like twice in game. But who hasn't? So I was just telling you that I did nothing wrong. and I've been banned LOTS of times for stuff I didnt do. Like hackers.. HACKING.... and I have to call you every time I do and it takes forever for somebody to answer. and I finally got an email of somebody that works there so I can just tell her my problem.. Thanks Sera O. ^_^ .. just help me. Get this suspension off I need to talk to people
Generally, this happens if you spam an in-game chat channel. If it wasn't you spamming chat, then you might have been compromised yet again. You might think about getting an authenticator to help keep the hackers out of your account. The only thing that can be done is to wait for the GM review of what caused this.

You may not have been at the time, Ærrør, but that doesn't mean you weren't previously. From what I can see you seem to have been spamming trade with joke gold selling advertisements as well as very inappropriate language, it doesn't appear this has been the first time you have done so either. Though, it may be the first time that your chat/mail privileges may have been hit.

The reports generated against the behavior found on this account will be reviewed and it is possible that further actions will be taken based on the spam and what was said. Is is possible though that the restrictions will lift after 24 hours though.

I'd suggest, Ærrør, that you do not repeat your activities.
