World of WarcraftÂ® Mount: Celestial Steed off Blizzard store digital purchase for $25 US. Im just wondering if this mount can be ride by lv 20 char. Also to clarify the statement, it say

Once you redeem your code on an individual World of Warcraft account, every character on the account will receive the pet or mount in their in-game mailbox (including any characters you create in the future)

Does it mean every chars i create in the pass and future will receive a Celestial Steed via the mail box regardless of realm?

Yes, Aosu, the mount will scale as you level and upgrade your riding skill. :)

Yes, the first time you log into the character it will be sent to your mailbox.
