Invincible's Reigns mislooted by GM

Ok, I understand that you want to talk to the GM/Master Looter in this situation, but he is banned from the forums and cannot post on the issue here. Vrakthris, you said it is your job to set the record straight, and this is what I want. I opened a ticket as well on the situation and was given the "I can't help you but the situation has been given to the proper people etc" reply. You obviously have other avenues of speaking with the master looter than these forums, and I plea that you do so.

So straighten out this record, because this is my time line from my end.

A. Master looter disconnects, leaving shard and Reigns on the corpse
B. Master looter opens ticket, petitioning to send to me the mount and Person X (not going to violates anyone's privacy) the shard.
C. Eventually I open my own ticket hoping to speed up the process
D. I get a response, saying a GM cannot directly give me the item and it has been transferred to the proper people
E. I get a in-game mail from the master looter, saying the GM sent him both the mount and the shard by mistake <-- THIS MAIL IS STILL HERE FOR RECORDS
F. I speak with the master looter (also our guild master) and he says the ticket to resend out the items to the correct people is still open
G. I log in and find out the mount got sent to the incorrect person (Person Z), but the shard arrived safely in Person X's hands. This person Z refused to agree to give up the mount he incorrectly received and was booted from the guild.

So straighten this record out for me, tell me where things go adrift on your end?

Actually, you misunderstand, Saph. Part of my job is to set the record straight when someone is defaming Blizzard or one of our employees. Such as the suggestion that the GM who worked on this issue was hoodwinked into providing the reins to the wrong person.

I will try to provide what information I can without getting into too many specifics.

Right.

B. Master looter opens ticket, petitioning to send to me the mount and Person X (not going to violates anyone's privacy) the shard.

Incorrect.

D. I get a response, saying a GM cannot directly give me the item and it has been transferred to the proper people

Correct.

E. I get a in-game mail from the master looter, saying the GM sent him both the mount and the shard by mistake <-- THIS MAIL IS STILL HERE FOR RECORDS

Interesting, but we did not make an error in the original allocation of items. They were sent to the persons listed in the original petition.

Q u o t e:
F. I speak with the master looter (also our guild master) and he says the ticket to resend out the items to the correct people is still open

Is there? Interesting.

Perhaps it would be fairer to say that you logged in and found out that the mount was sent to someone that you did not know was indicated to receive the item.

I'm glad I was able to provide at least a little clarity. Good luck, Saph.

I'm going to lock this one up.
