Let me tell you from someone who worked way too many years in customer service (working with 5000 accounts would have seemed like a holiday to me) just one little response from the blues saying those who did not receive keys have not been overlooked would quell the nervous feeling some of us are getting in our guts.
Right now all we have is silence and no communication is making what could just be a small managing problem turn into a small crisis.
Trust me anything from Blues even if its just a nod and wave and they will get hugs and kisses back from me and i will then patiently wait for my key.
I'd offer cookies but I'm sure that would be a bribe ;)

I have no updates on this currently. They are still receiving emails from guild masters regarding account issues and are still trying to go through all the various questions and mail they have received.

Thought i'd give an update since I'm here again keeping track of the entire progress.
So, as some may know we had 8/10 invited from my guild and as of yesterday (it could of been late Wednesday but we all stopped checking as often) one of the two was flagged. So now we have just one member still out in the cold. I still find the random invite process very odd but atleast there is some progression :D
And like many others have said before me, a big Thank You to Zenlyth for putting up with our concerns and working to the best ability to provide info :) Anyone else could have easily just ignored it all and gave us "they are working on the situation and you will all get your invite soon *lock*". I like to see someone with compassion for the community and game.

Hey guys, before it becomes a trend I want to point out that the most that can be done by Zen is checking if an account has been flagged or not and possibly why if it hasn't. This does NOT mean anything can be done right away and the more problematic situations will just have to wait out for the next/last wave of invites. Let's not beat this thread dead with requests. I do feel sympathetic for all of you still not flagged and it has been a bit of a wait, but we shouldn't drive away our only light in the dark :)

Hey zen i have a good idea. Instead of waiting for beta. why dont you guys just give us Cataclysm 5 days earlier than anyone else? then after that 5 days we got to buy it. Wouuld you mind please checking the status of my guild? I sent the email to [email protected] over a month ago (August 10) and noone's recieved their invitations. I just resent a new email a few minutes ago too.
A few on the list (2 or 3) have recieved beta invitations, but we're unsure if they were just randomly selected or if it was because of this contest.
I don't mean to complain, but it's been over a month now! I understand delays... but a month+?! Being selected as a winner for this contest was a rather large morale boost for us at the time. But, the delay here has served more to kindle a few sparks of mistrust towards the guild's leadership.
A swift resolution to this would be greatly appreciated. Let me know...
