Faction/Server Transfer=Yes Name change=No?

Hello,

I server transferred and faction changed my lvl 80 mage to Mannoroth. I had saved a name, Tairygreen on a level 1 alt. Once the faction/server change was confirmed I deleted the level 1 alt and used it on my lvl 80 mage. But now when I log on it won't let me with that name because it is flagged for name change? I don't know what the issue is, I had saved it on a level 1 and deleted it so I could use it on my 80 but its not working.

I already put up an open ticket but its taking awhile, so I did this just in case.

Please can I get some help?

Sorry for the delay, Roland. I believe you are set now. This does happen if you request multiple transactions and don't log into the character between steps.

If you have any further issues being able to login, please do let us know.
