Now here is the strange part, My battlenet login account is with a ISP service that i no longer use, hence my emails cannot be accessed or retrieved etc. How could the hacker get in and change all my details? Without the confirmation emails. I rang up my old ISP to see if i could have the emails forward to my sons email address, but was told, not even they can acess the emails. So again how could the hacker get the confirmation emails?
Now my problem lies in the fact that i cant do much cus i cant log into battlenet to do anything or change my battelnet account to my new email address. Phone support is virtually impossible to get a hold of, my work hours dont allow me to call during the PST. its 2am in the morning for me,
Would a technical support officer be able to contact me via my sons email address attached to this (forsakon) account. so we can organise a new email address for my battlenet account and password and to apply the authentorcator that i purchased and recieved, only 2 days ago.
Thanking you's for your time,
Spookboy
