I've emailed Blizzard, called multiple times, and patiently waited over 3 months for a reply from Blizzard regarding a hacked account, yet the only reply i've ever received was from gm Enocai who assured me Blizz is working on completely restoring my account through an email reply. Here is the reply dated 5/23/2010

Q u o t e:
Hello There!

Thank you for following up with us on this issue. ^.^ We've got your back and are already looking into restoring your account back to normal. We have also submitted an in-game ticket regarding your restoration.

When the specialist is performing the restoration they will contact you and attempt to resolve any issues that have or will arise as a result of the compromise.

I apologize for the wait but in order to properly process your request we have a specialist going over as many foreseeable details as possible. We want your restoration to be as complete as possible.

Your petition has been escalated for further investigation and troubleshooting. Please keep in mind that, due to the nature and complexity of these types of petitions, it may take several days for us to contact you with the results of your investigation.

Afterward we can set up an authenticator preventing this issue from happening again!

Regards,

Blizzard, please let me know why my account has not been remotely restored yet through the many months that have passed.
The wow account in question is named under "Thefinisher1." Please do something after multiple months. I would really like my warlock back.

Well, the warlock was transferred long after May, Deetzies - and someone has been accessing this account regularly all this time.

We didn't find any damages to the account back in May and emailed you, you should have had access this entire time.

If this account has gotten out of your control, I recommend you contact Billing, scan your system for malware, at the very least change your email password....if not your address itself and consider an authenticator for added security.

Thank you Orlyia for the response. But I've never received an email including the password or any other information. The email was acous******@yahoo and the last email received ever was from Enocai.
Also on the Bnet site, it says the information doesn't match when I attempt to reset the password itself.

Interesting, I'm not seeing that address on here - even going back a year.

Billing would definitely be your best resource to get to the bottom of this. They can do many things over the phone, or give you further instructions on what they need to get this back into your control.

I guess i'll try billing tomorrow.
Does the name with the initials W.T. and secret password that is 4 letters still there?

Yup, not sure what is up with this one, but someone has been playing steadily right along.
