A long time ago, I had a 14 day free trial but never finished it.

recently, a friend started playing wow, so i decided to try another 10 day free trial so i could join him. I started by making a new wow account on my battle.net account. I played the character for 2 days and decided to make a new character. I used a new 10 day pass so i could start fresh.

after 3 days of playing the new character i level capped at level 20, So i decided to buy a 30 day pass.

But I've been having some problems

I still can't trade
I can't receive mail
I can't whisper to people who don't have me on their friend list

and it says all this because I'm on a trial account

But, that being said
I can level up past level 20
I can see my real ID friends

So I know I'm not on a trial account

Is this some kind of glitch in the system? Is this normal? Will it resolve itself or do I need to do something to be able to do stuff like trade?

If you were able to get past level 20, then all is as it should be, Tempestfunk. Please note that most trial restrictions will be removed immediately after payment information is entered for an upgrade. There are, however, some restrictions (such as certain in-game chat privileges) that will remain in place until payment verification is fully complete. As stated above, this may take up to 72 hours.
