Greetings,

I am posting from my alt account that I rarely play anymore, I renewed it just for this purpose, today, during a toc 25, my WoW froze and I was disconnected. I tried to log back in several times, and it didn't seem to work, I checked my emails, there was no password change, however, I immediately went to change my password to log back in, and it worked, however, when I logged back in, my account was temporarily suspended. I have a authenticator on my account, and it was still there, so there's no way my account was hacked or compromised. I have never received a warning or suspension while playing WoW, I have not received any warning regarding anything wrong. I'm asking what I did wrong?

I have, however, traded in-game loot card codes for gold, that is allowed, confirmed by a GM/Blue Poster: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=17729923754&postId=177283884717&sid=1#7

I'm also a AH player to profit gold on a regular basis...I have done nothing wrong and received a 72-hour suspension, could someone look into this for me? I have a raid friday night :(

Account Action: 72 Hour Suspension
Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy

This suspension happened because one or more characters on the account were identified exchanging, or contributing to the exchange of, in-game property (items or gold) for ""real-world"" currency. This exchange process negatively impacts the World of Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy.

Q u o t e:
Anyone know, how long AA takes to respond..?

Usually 24-48 hours, Sounding. Can you provide me with the name and realm of a character on the account in question, I'll be happy to take a look.

Excellent news, Sounding. I am very sorry for what inconvenience this has caused but I'm glad that our staff was able to verify and overturn the action.
