Blizzard CHOC charity dinner

i got a phone call one August 9th saying that i have been selected to hve the opportunity to purchase up to 2 tickets to the event. i was told that they would send me an email and call me back on the 11th 5pm (under my request as they left no means for me to contact them). i got the email and it showed no real information at all but listed Charli M, from blizz entertainment customer services. said tickets were available on phone only whereas the contest said by an email with a code by the sponser of the event with 3 days of july 18th. is this genuine or a scam? id like to know asap on account of it is now 4pm of the 11th and if its real id like that ticket.
