Trial account problems

I recently upgraded to a full account via direct online upgrade, I know it takes up to 72 hours to process blah blah blah, but is there any place I can look to see the status of my transaction or whatever it is blizzard needs to verify, I'm pretty angry I paid for 30 days of gametime and now i'm only getting about 27, if I had known BEFOREHAND that this was going to happen I simply would have gone to the store, bought the boxed version, and avoided this headache

There is not an area where you can check the status of a pending upgrade, Vartian. You will, however receive an email when the upgrade process has completed. Before payment information is entered for the upgrade there is this statement:

NOTE: Most trial restrictions will be removed immediately after payment information is entered for this upgrade, but some restrictions (such as certain in-game chat privileges) will remain in place until payment verification is fully complete. This may take up to 72 hours.


Hang in there, though. It will only be a couple more days.
