I got an e-mail in Spam Filter just now saying that I had a Faction/Character transfer pending. While I'm pretty sure it is fake and just another phishing e-mail, is there a way for me or maybe a GM to tell if this has actually happened? And if it has, how do I cancel it?

That is likely a fake e-mail, Trollian, and I recommend checking out the following link. It will cover how to check an e-mails headers to make sure it comes from where it says it does.

You can of course log into your Battle.net account click on the World of Warcraft account and then select Character Services. You can select on each of the different services and then on the Transaction option.

You can visit each of those directly using the following links.
