Recruit a Friend Problem

Hi guys sorry to bug you again , Im having a problem with my stepsons account all my rewards have come thru for the recruit a friend deal However the game still considers him a trial account even though he has 90 days of playtime purchased thru game time cards , How do we get him the full game benefits now that we have parted with all that cash seems a bit unfair that he is still on the trial.

Yes, Teyanna, it appears as though your stepsons account was upgraded via the Direct Online Upgrade. This process can take up to 72 hours for the transaction to complete and an email will be sent to the registered email address on the Battle.net account.

It appears as though the upgrade took place within the last 24 hours so the account should be upgraded soon. During this time the gold cap and the leveling cap have been lifted, however he will not be able to trade, chat, receive mail, etc. until the upgrade has been finalized.
