Account Restored but Items still missing

I recently filled out a ticket explaining the incident where my account was authenticator hacked, and as of this morning (8:04 a.m. Aug 10) I have been able to personally enter the game to see the damage for myself. I'm still missing 3 characters that were deleted Ayetu-shaman, Araceon-Death Knight, and Yggdrassill-priest. I also deleted all but one of the "new" characters that the hacker created for what I assume was advertising purposes. The one character I kept had a good chunk of gold as well as herbilism supplies (I don't know if you require that character to be deleted seeing as it was more than likely used to break Blizzard policies for advertising). I am still missing my characters' gear (all of the sellable stuff including what was in bags). I was wondering if it just takes a few more days after restoration for my gear/ items to be recovered or did you need more info from me? Another question I have is that my pre-paid time had expired, but this morning on a whim I was able to log in no problem. Was that Blizzard's doing or am I on the hackers credit card or something? Because I have only ever paid by a pre-paid card where I had to scratch of the back and enter the code manually. Finally my last question is that on some of the level 1s that the hacker created I had around 8-10 messages in my mailbox that said my account had been restored and that restoration is limited. So did the hacker get banned multiple times and get my stolen account restored again and again?
