Question, still not fully restored

I saw so many threads getting GM answers, I'm going to try again to get an answer for a question that's still bothering me about my account.

I was hacked on two accounts on July 4th, within about 4 days, most items were restored. I put in two emails explaining what else was missing. Within about 4 days again, the other account was fully restored (it only needed items for one character).

The characters on this account from Doomhammer (and Icecrown) were completely missed on the first round. I put in a second request for it, but all I received back was unable to verify, etc--which is kind of silly when everything happened at once. Doomhammer is the one server were I have most of my 80s, and the only thing missing on it was gold. 5 80s are on this account, plus AH characters, and it's missing in excess of 100k gold total. I put in a third email on July 18th, and received an answer the same day, a restore of about 1900 gold on Hakkar, a server which I'm sure was missing little to nothing.

Am I still in queue to get gold restored on Doomhammer? I can't tell if there's an open ticket or not, and it's frustrating at the amount missing. Do I need to send a forth email to wowgm and explain it again? I was pretty detailed in one, I put the approximate amount of gold that I had taken inventory of early in the year (I kept a manual list of gold/items just in case something like this ever happened).

I think we may have covered all the bases now, Mspelled.

Please do check and let us know as soon as possible if anything still seems to be missing in action :)
