Forced name change on new character

I just transferred my druid over to my mains realm. I entered a name I used for many characters in past games - Thenedain. Character created just fine. I hit the enter world button and I am told that my name has been flagged for renaming. It was just accepted a minute ago!

I am confused as to why.

Sometimes odd things can happen if more than one transaction is requested without logging into the character between steps.

I believe your petition has gotten a resolution on this.
