Help me! about temporarily disable

i have been playing wow for a while but recently my account be hacded T T
i told this problem to GM and blizzard has restored my any infor in my game .
but my account has been harried , my registered email often receive message about my password is changed , i often be forced gone online while i was playing game and also i had used Kaspersky to scan my computer to clean virus out but no result.
blizzard help me restored account not untill days , my account has been disable two times beacause my character was doing gold allege and some badmatter .my account was disable untill 3rd day(your account has been temporarily disable, please link this adress......) no idea i just wait for . after this i also reedit my password and email and restall my computer system thats win7
be disable of today, i recieved message about the password has been changeed again, im very confused ,why i restalled already the virus still knows ?

im on to post problem beacause this my brother account .

If you've had an account action, a password change could be from us.

That said, to keep receiving actions like this likely means someone is still able to access your account.

If you are certain your system is secure as well as your email, that leaves phishes as the next likely candidate. Be very certain that any email that claims to be from Blizzard actually is.

You need to look at the internal routing headers on an email to determine this. The FROM line in an email can never be trusted.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

You should have been sent an email with the requirements, but it looks like the email address on that account has been changed.

Was that your doing or someone else's?

If the account does not currently have the correct email address listed, that needs corrected first, and contacting Billing is the best way to go about that.

Well, with an email change, you may not have received the other instructions.

That is a webform to fill out verifying your system is secure. I do see your new email - but I'd go ahead and fill out that webform as well.

If you sent in that webform, it will be reviewed and you should be contacted with the results, yes.

It may take a day or so to process.
