Continued Harassment. Absolutely unacceptable

Hi there. My name is Redefined and I am an officer of Whorde House on US-Arthas-PvP. We recently had an unfortunate happenstance where two former officers came back to the game, robbed our guild bank and booted everyone from the guild while continuously harassing certain members in game. Our guild master, Blogg reported the event and after 2-3 days, a GM restored the contents of our guild bank and assured us that "appropriate action" has been taken against the offenders.

Now I do not know what falls under the terms of "appropriate action" however the two culprits have faction changed to Alliance on our server and now continuously camp our members. They have a Horde alt on a separate account which they use to /who our members and then they camp them until we gather together as a group and kill them, at which point they will move on to a different member. Our lowbies can not quest anywhere in the game. We cannot do dailies or farm unless we are in groups.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I understand we are on a PvP realm and PvP happens but this is a persistent, malicious and targeted form of harassment that needs to stop. I would submit a ticket, however I have a ticket for an unrelated issue open for almost two weeks. I will not have my members camped daily for two weeks until a new ticket that I open is looked at.

I do not know what course of action to take. Should I call Blizzard?

On a PvP realm, this is actually considered gameplay, Red.

We cannot police anything outside of our game - so their website isn't something we can impact.

Now, if they are breaking any rules, by all means continue reporting them. You might want to get the guild together to help your lower-level members, but there are PvP solutions to that.

As to what they did regarding a guildbank, that would have been investigated, but we aren't going to be able to tell you the outcome.

I recommend you both take your grievances to another forum. This is not the place for tit for tat.

Thanks.
