Serious customer service complaint

I've been trying to download the starcraft 2 patch and i've been having problems,Havent we all.So I decide to call Tech support to get some help.So I call and i waited (about 1-11/2 hour wait)then I finally got someone.So I started explaining the issue and sometime later the tech support person started getting real aggressive,so I asked to speak with her manage,I have a complaint,she asked me what it was and I said its because your getting aggressive and being very rude.Then she got really aggressive and hung up the phone.

So here I am on the forums cause the call que is now full,like always.So I would be happy if a blues would respond with a contact email/number In the email I can call,cause I will not stand for this.

Folks, please. Let's limit ourselves on the assumptions made on the behavior of both parties. We weren't there. You can assume that perhaps the Tech did not communicate their information very well and perhaps was a bit more aggressive sounding then they intended, which escalated the situation or that something was said on the part of the OP, which again, resulted in such an escalation. Or we can assume that perhaps there was some misunderstanding and mistakes were made on both sides.

In either case let's stick to the question at hand and hopefully provide what assistance we can to Tsunamishijo. :)

I am sorry that you were unable to get your issue resolved via phone, Tsunamishijo, the e-mail address Pahanda provided would be the best point of contact.

Even if you are unable to post yourself, Tsunamishijo, have you visited the Technical Support forum for SCII to see if you can find troubleshooting steps for the issue you were having?
